One of the oldest Concern’s companies, i.e. “Management on Construction of Tunnels and Underground Construction of Special Purpose” has attained its name in 1976. The history of enterprise’s emergence traces back into the beginning of the 20-th century when in 1936 the experts of "Hydrodorstroy" Enterprise have built the engineering networks and strengthened the Dnipro River slopes. Techniques and knowledge have been improved, the labor traditions and dynasties have been created and the real professionals of underground construction have always been the part of Directorate’s collective.

The experts of “Management on Construction of Tunnels and Underground Construction of Special Purpose” have constructed almost 80 % of large collectors in Kyiv City.

• construction of engineering networks during renovation of country’s main square – Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Kyiv City;
• laying of all engineering networks during construction of traffic intersection at the Sevastopol Square in Kyiv City;
• shaft construction for a sewer pump station (D 6,0 m drainage sump of
